Your entry into the 9th IWA International Conference on Environmental Odours and VOCs Management is covered by our COVID-Guarantee, giving you peace of mind about entering. What this means is if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19, we will automatically guarantee you a spot in the next edition of this event or the next international event organized by olores.org.

We understand that there can be many reasons why you can no longer take part, which could be outside of your control. Most events do not offer any form of refund in these circumstances and like them we are also unable to offer a refund on all items. However, in fairness to all of our attendees you can choose from one of the following options:

   We have an exciting section added to the upcoming 9th Odour & VOC/Air Emission Conference of the International Water Association in Bilbao this coming October. As well as many oral presentations we are lucky to have the opportunity to present new information and updates within the industry visually via posters too.

These posters will be displayed at the conference venue for the duration of the conference. During the breaks between oral presentation sessions, the authors and designer of the posters will have the chance to engage with the attendees, bringing their posters to life.

  Are you interested in furthering your career, building on your network of professionals, strengthening your leadership skills and implementing new ideas within learning and development community? We have an exciting opportunity to volunteer to speak about what you are doing within the industry, during one of our workshops that will be held the day before the 9th IWA International Conference on Environmental Odours and VOCs.

   We need your help! We are currently recruiting people interested in volunteering at our upcoming event in October in Bilbao. This is a unique opportunity that will enable you to share your experiences, projects and more with the attendees.

  As with the OLORES19 conference held in Chile in 2019, an AMIGO (International Environmental Society of Odour Managers) meeting will be held at the 9th IWA Odour & VOC/Air Emission Conference will take place on the 26th - 27th of October in Bilbao, Spain. This will be an opportunity to catch up on and discuss future plans of the association.

   The AMIGO meeting will be held at the close of Day 1 of the conference in the Euskalduna Conference centre itself, in a designated meeting room. Whether you are a member or not, you are invited to attend the meeting to find out what the association is about and what it does, but registration beforehand is necessary to ensure compliance with the maximum capacity under current COVID-19 guidelines.

   This is not the first time that TSG Environmental has sponsored one of our events and this time they do it as a Silver Sponsor of the 9th IWA Odour and VOC/ Air Emissions Conference that will take place on the 25th and 26th in Bilbao. We would like to thank and welcome them to the Conference.

   TSG Environmental is the only Chilean company that integrates vertically in the same company all the services for the odour management: conditions assessment, control and neutralization, R&D laboratory, and monitoring and checking.

   As all of you know, the next 9th IWA Odour & VOC/Air Emission Conference will take place on the 26th - 27th of October in Bilbao, Spain. The official language of the conference will be English, however if you don’t speak English, don’t panic! The organizers will offer simultaneous translation for those who need it, from English into Spanish and vice versa.

    In this international conference, our attendees come from many countries around the world, so we thought it would be best to offer this service for those who do not speak English or Spanish, as we have received papers in both languages.

    We are happy to announce that the company Lab Service Analytica will take part in the IWA Odours 2021 Conference that will take place in Bilbao, Spain, on the 26^th and 27^th of October 2021, as a Silver Sponsor. Attendees can visit their booth during the conference, where they will share information about their products and services.

They provide customized solutions to Public Entities, Research Centres, Universities, Small and Large Companies and accredited Laboratories.

   We have receintly received some queries regarding whether we will offer the opportunity for online attendence to this the conference. We are offering discounted prices for those who would prefer to attend the conference remotely. The cost of registration for online attendence is considerably lower. Previously, during the early days of the panemic, it wsa unlcear as to whether we could host the conference face to face or have to resort to a solely online event. The following article explains our current posistion. We will regularly update this post as conditions change.

    Throughout 2021, we attended only online conferences related to odour management, WEF, NOSE, CASANZ etc.  Although it is wonderful to attend a meeting remotely and continue sharing ideas, we missed out on an integral part of meeting for conferences...networking.
