wef odors conference   Next biannual Odors and Air Pollutants Conference 2020 of the Water Environmental Federarion (WEF) will take place in Cincinnati, Ohio from March 15 to March 18, 2020. The organizers are doing very well. Every year more and more people is attending the WEF series on odor management. There was a new record of attendance last time with 380 people from all around the world registered for this conference on Odors and Air Pollutant that took place in the last week of March 2018.

   This time, the biennial Odor Conference organized by the Air Quality and Odor Control (AQOC) Committee of the Water Environmental Federation (WEF), will take place in the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio (USA), from March 15 to March 18, 2020.

odours19 2   The Portuguese Association of Environmental Engineering - APEA (Associação Portuguesa de Engenharia do Ambiente) organized a very International Odour Conference, the days 16th and 17th May 2019. Many well-known speakers around the world and many Portuguese odour experts met in this conference to talk a bit about odour management.

   The program of the conference was assorted with a nice selection of topics focusing on both introductory essays on odour management and advanced issues on odour abatement. In addition, there were some workshops for different sectors, including, waste, industry and wastewater.

Call for abstracts for AOMCTS 2019, Toronto is open

AOMC2019   Abstract submission period to participate in the “Air and Odor Management Conference and Technology Showcase” (AOMCTS 2019) that will take place in Toronto on September 19 and 20, 2019, ends up this month May 31st, 2019.

   As already announced, the new edition of the AOMCTS 2019 is being organized by the Canadian company Scentroid and the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Engineering of the University of Toronto. This year, AOMCTS aim is to bring together members of the scientific community, government, industry, and non-governmental organizations, who are pushing the boundaries of air quality and odor science and addressing their impacts on society under the theme "Air pollution in the cloud: Transformative sensing and data mining for cleaner air".
