Challenges in Chile for odours management

Chile has made great efforts to implement methods in order to improve the air quality. However, the odours problems has only been treated in a superficial way. Significant socio-environmental conflicts have risen in the last period due to this problem, which have been hard to tackle.

    Chile has made great efforts to implement methods in order to improve the air quality. However, the odours problems has only been treated in a superficial way. Significant socio-environmental conflicts have risen in the last period due to this problem, which have been hard to tackle. In this context, the aim of this paper is to present the challenges our country has to consolidate the odours management, analyzing our current situation and the actions are expected to realize in the future.
