Today WEF has decided not to hold the Odors and Air Pollutants Conference 2020. Recent developments with the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the importance of minimizing the spread of the illness were key factors in the final decision to cancel. This biannual Odors and Air Pollutants Conference 2020 of the Water Environmental Federarion (WEF) was going to take place in Cincinnati, Ohio from March 15 to March 18, 2020.

   The expansion of COVID-19 has also made it impossible to deliver a high-quality program and networking opportunities as promised. Additionally, concerns expressed by conference participants and recent travel restrictions by organizations and government agencies contributed to this decision.

   Based on the unprecedented nature of this situation, within 45 days, WEF will issue full refunds to attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors of all fees paid to WEF.

   If you booked your hotel room through WEF’s block at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati your hotel room will be automatically cancelled by the property. If you booked a room in another hotel or outside of WEF’s block at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, please contact the property directly to cancel your reservation.
