The Industrial Environment Engineering Laboratory (LGEI) of Mines Alès Engineering School is looking for a motivated and dynamic post-doctoral researcher with solid background in organic chemical analysis and/or gas/vapour analysis. The selected post-doctoral researcher will be a member of the research team connected with the national and international scientific community about odours.

   The Ecole Mines d’Alès, in France, is looking for a post-doctoral researcher with experience in organic chemical analysis and/or gas/vapour analysis for a contract of 18 months (CDD). The research project is focused on measurement of odorous compounds by classical methodologies and by using a new type of monitoring device of odorant compounds. This device is based on Surface Plasmon Resonance hardware technology including microfluidic system, chemically functionalized optical sensors and image acquisition and processing softwares.    Olfasense is a Dutch-German company that was born after the split of the odournet Group. The companies Odournet GmbH (Germany) and Odournet NL (The Netherlands) created a new company group called Olfasense.
