Registration is open for the 2027 FWEA Air Quality and Odor Control (AQOC) Conference, taking place March 8–10 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. With workshops, 40 technical sessions, exhibits and networking, AQOC aims to bring the air quality and odor-control community together to share knowledge and practical solutions.

With WEF’s biennial odor conferences halted, FWEA is stepping forward to carry the torch and keep this important discussion alive in America. For those of you who value the opportunity to learn from one another and build connections across the field, AQOC is a welcome chance to keep that conversation going. Read on to see what’s planned.

Monday’s seminars and workshops will offer focused, practical learning, from fundamentals and case studies to strategies and real-world applications. The Monday pass includes workshop and Exhibit Hall access.

Tuesday and Wednesday will feature 40 technical sessions on research, operational strategies, emerging technologies and practical solutions. Passes for those days include access to the Exhibit Hall and Tuesday evening’s conference event.

Attendees can choose from a Monday Seminars Pass, a Tuesday–Wednesday Conference Pass, a Full Conference Pass, or an Exhibit Hall Only ticket. Early-bird prices vary by pass and membership status; the Full Conference Pass is $600 for members and $650 for nonmembers during the early-bird period.

Early-bird pricing ends January 29, 2027. If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, exchange ideas and bring useful insights back to your team, this is your chance.

The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, 10100 International Drive, Orlando, Florida. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation; the cutoff date for the AQOC group hotel rate is February 5, 2027.

Register for the 2027 AQOC Conference and choose the ticket package that best fits your plans. We look forward to seeing the odor-control community come together in Orlando.
