Call for papers for next VDI Odour Conference

VDI callforpapers   The next VDI Conference on Environmental Odours is ready to launch and that is why the call for papers just now began. Due date for paper submission is the 12th of March 2021. This conference about Odours in the Environment is organized by the German Association of Engineers (VDI) on a biannual basis and will take place the 24th and 25th of November 2021 in the city of Leipzig.

   This biannual event has been moving along different cities such as Cologne (2004), Bad Kissingen (2007), Baden-Baden (2009, 2011 and 2013), Karlsruhe. (2015), Nuremberg (2017) and Bremen (2019) and this time it will take place in the city of Leipzig. This conference serves as a forum for local discussions in German language.

    This 9th edition of the conference will be held in Leipzig, and it is already open for registration. Find more information on how to submit your article in the brochure. Registration cost for this event is 1040€, with important discounts for members of environmental offices of public organisms.

   Well-known people in this field will participate in the program committee such as Peter Boeker (University of Bonn), Ralf Both (State Office for Nature, Environment and Consumer Protection NRW), Isabelle Franzen - Reuter (Münster University of Applied Sciences), Uwe Hartmann (ANECO Institute for Environmental Protection GmbH & Co. ), Heike Hauschildt (Olfasense GmbH), Jörg Hellhammer (Haltern am See), Martin Kamp (Agriculture of North Rhine – Westphalia), Anke Niebaum (VDI) and Uwe Strotkötter (Work Inspection office Hildesheim).
