The Congress on Odour Management that will take place in Medellin, Colombia, on 3-5 April 2025 is already underway, and the preliminary leaflet is here. This conference is organised by the Colombian Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering ACODA. The date has been strategically set to take place just one week before the odour management conference in Santiago, Chile. In this way, odour managers get a combo of two odour management conferences in just one week.
The Colombian Congress will be a convergence of academic conferences and a business fair, uniting professionals and companies from various sectors, including sanitary, environmental, chemical, and food. This diverse gathering will provide a platform for networking and the exchange of ideas, and will showcase goods and services that bolster the measurement, control, and mitigation of offensive odours.
Moreover, the Congress serves as a crucial platform for the industrial, commercial, and service sectors, territorial entities, and environmental authorities in Colombia. It is a fundamental strategy for enhancing knowledge, fostering business development, and mastering techniques that ensure compliance with the current regulatory framework.
One hundred fifty people attended the previous conference organised by ACODAL in 2019 in Cali. On this occasion, at least 200 people are expected to participate in this event and about 500 people for the fair that will be organised in parallel.
