The NOSE2016 is just here. In about a month, the 5th International Conference on Environmental Odour Monitoring & Control (NOSE2016) will take place in Ischia, Italy. From the 28th of September and during 3 days, some of the most important experts on odour management from Europe will be there. Every two years, this conference organized by the Italian Association of Chemical Engineering (AIDIC) with the help of the University Politecnico di Milano, has earned a well deserved position on the list of to-attend conferences about odour management.

   The aim of the NOSE conference series is to give the opportunity to the scientific and industrial community members from all over the world to meet, exchange experiences and ideas, as well as discuss the main innovations related to odours. The first NOSE Conference took place in Rome in 2008 and slowly, it has been growing every two years as a date to tick in the calendar of events.

  The 3^rd Digital Olfaction Society (DOS) World Congress will be held in Tokyo in December 7-8, 2016. The scientific committee of the DOS just announced a preliminary list of speakers of the 3^rd World Congress of DOS organized in Tokyo on December 7-8, 2016.

   Among the speakers there will be Yossiri Ariyakul from the King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand, Monica Bordegoni from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy, Marvin Edeas, Founder of DOS, France, Yanxia Hou-Broutin, from CEA-Grenoble, France, Jesus Lozano, from the University of Extremadura, Spain and Takamichi Nakamoto, from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan.
