RUBIX S&I presents RUBIX WEAR in the Consumer Electronic Show of Las Vegas

RUBIX CES   The company RUBIX Sense & Instrumentation has participated in the Consumer Electronic Show (CES 2018), for the first time. The CES is the biggest and main worldwide show in the mainstream new technologies field. The last edition has taken place just some days ago, in the Convention Center in Las Vegas from the 9th to the 12th of January 2018.

   During this week in L.A., the RUBIX S&I company has presented RUBIX WEAR, an electronic, miniaturized, smart nose compatible with smartphones. This small device is made of micro gas sensors that can be specifically tuned to detect not only some odours but to check the air quality around you among other features.

   The Consumer Electronic Show is an annual trade show organized by the Consumer Technology Association. Held in January at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. CES is the world's gathering place for all those who thrive on the business of consumer technologies. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for 50 years — the global stage where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace.

   RUBIX Senses & Instrumentation, is a start-up from Toulouse (France) specialized in environmental analysis and expertise in sensors and particularly in gas sensors, VOC and odors. Its is expected that this miniaturized nose will launch onto the market by the end of 2018.
