In 2013, the Ministry of Environment developed a Strategy for the Management of Odour in Chile for the period 2014-2017, motivated by the problematic in the generation of odours in the country and the necessity of actions.
The purpose of this document is to inform about the implementation of the Strategy and to propose future actions. The conclusions are intended to be an input for the promotion of a dialogue on public policies on odors as an environmental pollutant, based on the continuous learning among countries that initiate regulatory processes in the field.
