sesion06 yaben03   Currently, it is usual in the operating licenses, that governmental institutions grant to the sites where the sewage and waste are treated, the measures are put in place to control the emissions into the atmosphere.

   In this Wastewater Treatment Plant in the district of Pamplona, located at Arazuri, the Olfactometrics Studies have become into a new tool for the environmental management of the facility, which has allowed us to design and evaluate the effectiveness of the measures to minimize the odours over the last decade.

sesion04 vera06   In this paper, the possibility of faster measures for determination of chemical prints of VOCs and odours through GC-IMS technique has been evaluated.

   The results from air samples of different locations in a metropolitan wastewater treatment works in the UK are shown.
